Creative Minds Wear LLC, often referred to as Creative Minds Wear, works with print-on-demand providers, such as, Printful and Printify to produce and fulfill custom orders. As all products are uniquely made to order, our refund and return policy is limited to specific circumstances outlined below. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items
Due to the custom nature of our print-on-demand products, Creative Minds Wear does not offer returns or exchanges for:
1. Items ordered in the wrong size, color, or style.
2. Orders where the customer has changed their mind.
Refunds or Replacements for Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing error (e.g., printing issues, incorrect product), Creative Minds Wear, through our providers, offers a free reprint or refund under the following conditions:
1. You must contact us within 30 days of product delivery.
2. You must provide a clear photo showing the issue.
3. There is no need to return the damaged or defective product unless otherwise instructed.
Upon approval of your claim, we will either:
1. Issue a free reprint of the product, shipped to the original address.
2. Provide a full refund to your original payment method.
How to Request a Refund or Replacement
To initiate a refund or replacement request:
1. Contact Creative Minds Wear at support@creativemindswear.com within 30 days of delivery, including:
a. Your order number.
b. A clear photo showing the damage or manufacturing error.
2. Our team will review your request and respond within 5–7 business days.
Shipping Costs
1. Non-Defective Items: Shipping costs are non-refundable for orders where the customer ordered the wrong size, color, or style.
2. Defective or Damaged Items: If a reprint is issued, we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement product.
Taxes
Creative Minds Wear LLC collects applicable sales tax on orders, which will be calculated and added at checkout as required by law. Any sales tax included in your order will be refunded if a refund is approved for a damaged or defective product.
